NDIS Registered Provider

Our Services

Personalised NDIS Support Across Queensland

There are several types of NDIS support services a registered provider can deliver – from assistance with daily tasks at home and participation in community life, to supported living arrangements, specialist accommodation, and the professional partnerships that hold a plan together. At Compassion Circle Care, we offer support across the full range of these categories. And in each one, we do the same thing: we build the support around the individual participant, not a standard service model. No two people we support are on the same journey, and what we deliver reflects that from day one.

Assistance with Daily Living

Independence in daily life comes from having the right support at the right moments. Our Assistance with Daily Living is there for the practical side of life: personal care, meal preparation, medication, household tasks and daily routines.

But we approach each of these as a chance to build capability rather than create reliance. We work with you to understand what you want to manage yourself, where you’d like support, and how that balance should shift as your confidence grows.

The aim is always more independence over time – not a permanent handover of the tasks that matter to you.

Community Access

Belonging matters – and for many participants, having the right support in place is what makes participation in community life possible.

Our Community Access support is built around the activities, relationships and places that are meaningful to you. That might mean getting to appointments and medical visits, joining a club or class, attending events, exploring your local area or simply building stronger connections with the people around you.

We support the participation that has meaning for you specifically – not a generic outings schedule that looks the same for everyone.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Living independently is an achievable goal – and the difference between it feeling possible or out of reach is usually the quality of support around you.

Our Supported Independent Living is built around skill development: the practical, everyday capabilities that give you a genuine foundation for independent life.

Cooking, household management, budgeting, daily routines, personal care – we work on the skills that make the most difference, in a home environment, at the level of support you need right now. As your capability grows, the support adjusts to match.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

For participants whose needs require purpose-designed housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation means both the right physical environment and the right support to make it genuinely work.

We help participants find housing that suits their accessibility requirements and work with them closely through the transition – making sure the move into SDA is handled carefully and that the new setting starts to feel like home, not just somewhere to live.

Our team maintains consistent involvement once that transition is made, so the support continues to evolve alongside the participant’s goals.

Referral Partnerships

The best outcomes for participants come from teams that actually communicate.

Our Referral Partnerships connect us with the families, support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals who play a role in each participant’s journey. If you’re referring someone to Compassion Circle Care, we’ll keep you informed, involve you appropriately and align our supports with the broader goals in their plan.

We treat every referral partner as a genuine collaborator – because support that works in isolation rarely works as well as support that’s part of a coordinated team.
